Your feedback in PropKita is private and is only visible to you and the PropKita admin/management office. Other residents cannot see your feedback.
I want to amend my feedback after submission. How can I do that?
Currently, users cannot edit their submitted feedback in PropKita. However, you can add additional comments or updates in the chat section under that particular feedback to provide more information to the admin.
How will I know if my feedback is being attended to?
You will receive in-app notifications whenever the PropKita admin or management responds to your feedback, either by providing comments or marking the issue as resolved.
Will I be able to see all my past/resolved feedback?
Yes, in PropKita you can view all your submitted feedback – whether it is New, In Progress, or Resolved – under the same section. You can also filter your feedback based on its status.
Can I submit feedback anonymously?
No, all feedback in PropKita must be submitted under your registered account so that the admin can respond appropriately.
Can I attach files or photos to my feedback?
Yes, PropKita allows you to attach photos or documents to support your feedback submission.
How long will it take for the admin to respond to my feedback?
