Log in to the Admin Panel
Use your PropKita account to access facilities in application PropKita.
Go to the Facilities Section
Navigate to the section dedicated to community facilities that require booking.
Add a New Facility
Click the option to create or add a new facility.
Enter Facility Details
Facility Name: Enter a clear and identifiable name.
Description: Provide a brief description of the facility.
Image (Optional): Upload an image to visually represent the facility in the app.
Save the Facility
Once all details are filled, save the facility. It will now be available in the app for residents to view and book.
Can I disable the facility booking feature in application PropKita if booking is not required for a facility in the community?
Yes, as a PropKita admin, you can disable the facility booking feature for any facility that does not require booking.
Does the setting allow us to set operating sessions and break time?
Yes, as a PropKita admin, you can set the number of hours per session, start and end times, and the available days for each facility.
Does the setting allow residents to book in advance?
Yes, as a PropKita admin, you can set how many days in advance a resident is allowed to make a booking for a facility.
Can residents cancel a booking via application PropKita?
This depends on the rules set by the admin. As a PropKita admin, you can define how many days before a booking a resident is allowed to cancel.
Does the facility booking require approval from the Management?
Management can choose to approve bookings either manually or automatically. If Management selects automatic approval, all bookings will be automatically approved as long as there is an available slot.
If the space is shared for two different facilities, how can we ensure that when residents book one facility, the other facility is automatically updated as booked?
As a PropKita admin, you can go into each facility’s setup page and specify which facilities share the same calendar. This ensures that bookings for one facility automatically block the shared facility. If a resident or user is unsure about the shared setup, the admin can directly update the shared facilities to reflect the correct booking status.
What will happen to the bookings if the management deletes a particular facility?
If a facility is deleted in PropKita, all bookings made by residents for that facility will be automatically cancelled. Residents will be notified of the change via email and in-app notifications. If a resident urgently needs the facility, they can contact the Management Office (MO) directly.
Does the setting allow us to prevent a resident from booking all slots and leaving no slot for other residents?
Yes. As a PropKita admin, you can prevent this by setting the maximum hours per user or unit for a specific facility.
How can I book a facility and select the type of facility through PropKita?
Go to Facility > Tap on the “+” icon at the bottom right > Select the type of facility you want to book > Choose the date > Press Submit.
Will I be notified if my booking has been approved or rejected?
If your booking is approved by the Management, it will appear in Facility Booking, where you can check all your bookings. If you are unsure, you can always contact the PropKita admin for clarification. If your booking is rejected, you will be notified via email and in-app notifications.
