What is the Billing feature?
The Billing feature in PropKita allows you to view your outstanding balance and statement of account, as well as make hassle-free payments for items such as maintenance charges and sinking funds.
What are the payment methods available in PropKita?
Payments in PropKita can be made via Boost e-wallet or FPX (Financial Process Exchange) for a secure and convenient transaction.
How to pay your outstanding balance in PropKita?
Go to Billing > select your outstanding bills > click Pay Now > choose your payment method > click Pay to complete the transaction.
Can users select multiple bills and pay all at one time in PropKita?
Yes. However, users must pay the full outstanding amount, as partial payments are not allowed.
What happens if you pay an amount more than your due amount in PropKita?
The excess amount will be added as advance payment. When a new invoice is generated, the bill amount will be automatically settled from the advance. Users can also request a refund of the excess amount if needed.
Are there any charges if I use FPX in PropKita?
No. There are no additional charges to the user when making payments via FPX.
