How do I post an item or service in the Marketplace?
Go to Marketplace > Add Listing, fill in the title, description, price, and photos, then submit. Your listing will be visible to residents in your community.
Can I edit or remove my listing?
Yes, you can edit or delete your listing anytime through the Marketplace tab. Changes are updated immediately.
How do I mark an item as sold?
Open your listing and select Mark as Sold. The item will remain visible but flagged as sold to prevent further inquiries.
Buying & Transactions.
How can I purchase an item on PropKita Marketplace?
Browse listings, select the item, and click Buy Now or Contact Seller to negotiate. Payment and delivery are coordinated directly with the seller.
Are transactions protected by PropKita?
PropKita does not handle payments directly. Users are encouraged to follow safe trading practices and settle payments securely with the seller.
Can I negotiate prices with the seller?
Yes, you can communicate via the Marketplace chat to negotiate or ask questions before completing the purchase.
Community Guidelines & Safety :
What items are prohibited on PropKita Marketplace?
Items that are illegal, unsafe, or against community rules are strictly prohibited. Admin has the right to remove listings that violate policies.
How can I report a suspicious listing or user?
Click Report on the listing or chat, and PropKita admin will review and take action if necessary.

Will I be notified of new listings?
Yes, you can enable Marketplace notifications to receive alerts when new items are posted in your community.
Can I follow specific sellers or listings?
Currently, you can favorite listings to track them easily. Following specific sellers is not supported yet.
